Death Loss

There are many different options for support available for the grieving person. Connecting with others who are walking a similar path, and those who truly understand how each person’s path is unique, is especially healing. Expressing your grief makes it more bearable to get through it – eventually grief can strengthen your life.

Grief support can be obtained in a variety of ways, from one-on-one counselling to participation in a support group to self-help by reading.
